EnerNOC Prices IPO At $26 Per Share

BOSTON, MA -- Energy management company EnerNOC, Inc. (Nasdaq: ENOC) priced its Initial Public Offering at $26.00 per share and became a publicly-traded company today.

EnerNOC provides clean and intelligent power solutions to commercial, institutional and industrial customers, and electric power grid operators by using its Network Operations Center to remotely manage and reduce energy consumption across its network.

The company raised approximately $85 million in net proceeds.  Credit Suisse Securities (USA) and Morgan Stanley & Co acted as joint book-running managers for the transaction.
